1. Nature of Artisanal Goods: By purchasing from Loom & Leaf, you acknowledge that our products are handcrafted. Minor variations in color, glaze texture, size, and small "beauty spots" (like tiny pores) are inherent to the artisanal process and are not considered defects. Every piece is unique.

2. Pricing & GST: All prices listed on loomandleaf.in are inclusive of GST. We reserve the right to modify prices or cancel orders in the event of a technical pricing error.

3. Shipping & LogisticsWe aim to dispatch orders within 48 hours. While we partner with premium couriers, delivery timelines (typically 2-7 days) are estimates. Loom & Leaf is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics or "Acts of God."
